The Role:
We’re hiring aField Service Technicianto join a team of elite machine tool experts. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and install CNC machines across the U.S., using your mechanical and electrical skills to keep manufacturers running strong. You'll be the face of technical excellence—solving tough problems, making customers happy, and never stuck behind a desk.
All travel covered: company truck, gas card, AMEX, hotel

Independence and variety built into your week
Install, level, and align CNC machines
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Rebuild machine components with precision
Train other technicians as needed
Maintain detailed service records and clean work spaces
Be a professional, solution-focused brand ambassador at every job site
What You Bring:
3+ years of CNC machine tool field service experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic/test equipment
Basic computer proficiency (email, documentation, reporting)
Solid communication and customer service mindset
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Willingness to travel nationwide, sometimes with short notice
