Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and operation of commercial HVAC systems. Gain 5+ years experience. Work within a small team setting. Must hold valid driver’s license.

Base Pay: $40.00/hr - $50.00/hr.

• The first 3–6 months you will be a full‑time W‑2 contractor paid and benefited by Jobot.
• During this period you will receive Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, 401(k), 1 week PTO/paid sick leave, dental, and vision insurance.
• After 3–6 months, conversion to a full‑time direct‑hire employee with the full benefit package.
