The Service Master Mitigation Technician role invites dedicated team players with some background in construction to pursue a fulfilling career in disaster restoration. What You’ll Do- Collaborate closely with the Senior Technician to execute mitigation activities and manage equipment. While client communication is limited, you must maintain professional interactions with customers.
- Prepare for daily tasks, adjust plans as needed, and ensure safety and compliance with company policies. Track time accurately using Quick Books Time (T‑Sheets) and respect company resources.
- Handle equipment responsibly and ensure that all job documentation remains precise and up‑to‑date. Occasionally drive company vehicles, so maintain a professional appearance.
- Strong laborer with a solid background in construction or a hardworking, hands‑on attitude.
- Detail‑oriented and professional: maintain a clean work area and set up containment meticulously.
- Team player committed to excellence, able to follow instructions carefully and meet high service standards.
- Follow IICRC industry standards on every project, ensuring detailed job documentation and demonstrating expertise in Service Master Mitigation procedures.
- Master equipment handling: safely and efficiently operate and maintain drying and mitigation equipment per IICRC guidelines.
- Utilize top‑notch products, Service Master products, and smart devices (phones, tablets) to achieve the best results on every restoration task.
- Adapt to changing scenarios, quickly adjusting to shifting project demands and unforeseen challenges during disaster response.
