What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the employer's products and services for the insurance and insurance asset management market
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders to define and deliver on prospective client requirements
  • Conduct discovery to qualify opportunities and document clients' current state, challenges, and strategic objectives
  • Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and ensure timely, high-quality submissions
  • Build rapport with prospective clients to establish trust and demonstrate expertise
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales engineer role, preferably in complex strategic sales processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong self-starter ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for in-person presentations and industry conferences

  • Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, including private and alternative products
  • Strong presence and sales aptitude
