Dynamic 365 Solution Sales SpecialistITC Technologies is accelerating growth in commercial cloud sales. The mission of this role is to help customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create engaging customer experiences, and improve profitability. The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist discovers, owns, and closes opportunities using advanced solution‑selling skills to deliver digital transformation outcomes for our enterprise customers.
Experience & Qualifications- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a focus on cloud solutions.
- Strong ability to create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
- Credible and trustworthy when selling to technical and business audiences.
- Passionate, creative, and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients.
- Experience building Playbooks and managing sales pipelines.
$150K-$250K Target Earnings (OTE):
- Base Salary: $75K-$100K
- Variable Pay: $75K-$100K (based on annual fee of $500K)
- Commission: 15% fixed of the annual contract value (ACV) without accelerators.
Contract W2 role for an experienced Tech Seller!
Commission: from 1-3% on lifetime support.
Bonus on Managed Services.
Cash Bonus.
