Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Quarterly Commissions (OTE: $90-100K+) + Full Benefits

Our client, a leading global manufacturer of capital equipment, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Windsor, Connecticut. In this role, you will support existing customers, prospect new leads, and work closely with the field sales team to deliver exceptional service and drive customer retention. This position is ideal for a motivated, organized sales professional looking to build their career within a highly respected manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads, customer inquiries, and quote requests
  • Prospect and qualify new customers to support revenue growth
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and necessary sales documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ERP system
  • Support sales team members with customer communication and follow-up
  • Assist with coordinating customer meetings, demos, and training events
  • Follow up on trade show leads and marketing-generated opportunities
  • Contribute to outbound calling and email outreach efforts
Qualifications
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales or account management required
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging prospects — you don’t mind hearing “no” and staying persistent required
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Windsor, CT
