Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position with 100% commission, W-2 with benefits, where representatives typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps usually visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and travel from their home.

Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role offers pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments with customers who have requested estimates, and it is not door-to-door sales.

This position provides excellent compensation opportunities, including benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, three weeks of paid training, and up to three pre-qualified appointments daily. Reps are provided with a laptop and design software, fuel reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities. No experience is necessary;
Sears offers comprehensive training. There is no cap on commissions, so earnings can be limitless.
