Job Description

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100 % of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Responsibilities
  • Staffing and scheduling of crew members.
  • Paperwork, cost controls, and cash control.
  • Food management and meal preparation operations.
  • Maintain a schedule, perfect image and adherence toattachments of standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality.
  • Ensure transportation to/from work and store cleanliness.
  • Apply marketing initiatives to drive sales and profitability.
  • Perform administrative duties and complete reports.
  • Lead daily trainings for crew members.
  • Support compliance with health, safety and company policies.
Qualifications
  • Operate all equipment and maintain kitchen hygiene.
  • Stock ingredients, manage inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Prepare products and handle patient, accurate data entry using computer or touch‑screen.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Train new hires via orientation and on‑the‑job training.
  • Communicate with customers and co‑workers both verbally and written.
  • Maintain motor coordination and speed for high volume and precision.
  • Entry of orders using keyboard or touch‑screen.
  • Adapt to varying temperatures, fumes, dust and obstructions in food preparation area.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk and move heavy objects (up to 50 lb) throughout the day.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to variable weather while removing trash or performing outside tasks.
  • Indoor temperatures may range from 36 °F to 90 °F+.
  • Work near hot surfaces and sharp equipment (oven 500 °F, cutting tools).
  • Requirement to work in cramped areas such as walk‑in coolers.
  • Standing, walking and occasional climbing (stairs or ladders).
Driving Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
  • Access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
  • Navigation skills and ability to handle adverse terrain and multi‑story deliveries.
