Structural Heart/Interventional Inpatient/Outpatient Advanced Practitioner opportunity in the Hartford region.

Cardiovascular team.

Join an established and growing interdisciplinary Cardiology team of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers with a specific focus on caring for patients pre and post structural heart and coronary interventional procedures.

• Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area.
• Pre and post op evaluations prior to cardiovascular procedures.
• Providing same-day access to care.
• Inpatient cardiovascular procedural consultations.

• Is interested in cardiac care with a specific interest in cardiovascular procedures.
• Has cardiology experience (preferred but not required).
• Will have a Connecticut state advanced practice nurse or physician assistant license.

• Live and play within welcoming neighborhoods with excellent schools, great restaurants, shopping, music, museums and historical areas.
• Commute easily to NYC, Boston and other destinations with dependable air and rail services nearby.
