Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Per Diem Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional clinical team in Hartford County, CT

As an Affirmed Pediatric RN
, you’ll deliver one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric clients in the comfort of their homes. Our cases allow you to focus entirely on your patient—without the fast‑paced demands of a facility setting.

We are especially interested in nurses experienced with medically fragile children, including those requiring g‑tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator support to work in Hartford County.

• Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience (acute care, PICU, NICU, or home care strongly preferred)
• Required:
  Pediatric trach and ventilator experience
• Required:
  Pediatric g‑tube experience
• Confidence caring for medically complex pediatric patients
• Active Connecticut RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON within 1 year, or chest X‑ray within 5 years
