Overview
RN – Emergency Room
Location:
Hartford, CT 06105
Department:
Emergency Department (ED)
Shift: 19:00–07:30 (Night Shift)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3 Days × 12 Hours
Hours per Week: 36
Experience
Required:
Minimum 2 Years ER Experience
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in the Emergency Department.
- Perform rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and continuous monitoring.
- Communicate patient status and updates to physicians, teams, and family members.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure seamless patient services.
- Document all care provided in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Assist in patient discharge planning and care transitions.
- Emergency Room / ER Nursing
- Rapid Assessment & Triage
- Critical Thinking & Crisis Management
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
