Clinical Research Nurse

We are seeking a Clinical Research Nurse (CRN)
on site in Hartford, CT to support oncology clinical trials. This role combines direct patient care with clinical research coordination to ensure the safe, ethical, and compliant conduct of clinical studies.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients enrolled in clinical trials
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols
• Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible patients into oncology research studies
• Educate patients and families on study participation, treatment plans, and potential risks
• Administer investigational agents and protocol-required treatments
• Monitor patients for adverse events and report per protocol and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate source documentation and research records
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), IRB, FDA, and institutional guidelines
• Collaborate with investigators, pharmacists, research staff, sponsors, and monitors
• Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and inspections

• Active RN license
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in oncology nursing required
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple studies and priorities
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
