Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our Cardiovascular team. This is an inpatient/outpatient advanced practitioner role based in the Hartford, Connecticut region.
Join an established and growing interdisciplinary cardiology team composed of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers, focused on patients requiring interventional cardiovascular care, including peripheral vascular, coronary, and structural heart procedures.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Inpatient cardiovascular procedural consultations.
- Seeing outpatients in office-based settings throughout the Hartford area, with one outpatient center per day, centered around Saint Francis Hospital.
- Pre- and post-operative evaluations prior to cardiovascular procedures.
- Providing same-day access to care.
The successful candidate:
- Has an interest in cardiac care, particularly in cardiovascular procedures.
- Possesses cardiology experience (preferred but not required).
- Holds a Connecticut state license as an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
