We continue to grow and seek experienced OR RNs to join our team! Our state-of-the-art facility boasts:

• 17 rooms including 3 open heart, a thoracic CVOR; 2 robot rooms, 2 ortho/trauma, 2 vascular - all other specialties are rotated throughout the other rooms
• A Hybrid OR - we will be starting TAVR cases
• Weekly staff meetings and in-services
• Active Unit Practice Council with membership from both Main and CV ORs
• Relationship-Based Care Model
• Structured orientation coordinated by the Nurse Educator, complete with scheduled meetings to facilitate learning
• Currently on the EPIC journey

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Connecticut license and CPR certification required
• BSN preferred
• Prior OR experience required
