As Director, you’ll be the go-to leader shaping educational programs and building strong external relationships. You’ll:

• Drive strategy around partnerships, philanthropy, and community engagement.
• Manage volunteer programs and keep them energized.
• Oversee facilities budgets and leases, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Coordinate site operations and keep teams working in sync.
• Step in as backup to the Operations Manager for facilities readiness.
• Partner with the Education & Volunteer Engagement Coordinator to strengthen external ties.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred (Education, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field).
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in nonprofit management, educational programming, or community engagement.
• Proven success building external partnerships and leading volunteer/community initiatives.
• Experience overseeing budgets, facilities, or operational functions.
• A strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
