Mac Dermid Enthone Industrial Solutions is a global supplier of industrial metal and plastic finishing chemistries. We primarily design and manufacture chemical systems that protect and decorate surfaces. Our high-performance functional coatings improve resistance to wear and tear, such as hard chrome plating of shock absorbers for cars, or provide corrosion resistance for appliance parts. The Marketing Manager leads for the North America region, the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies to support brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue objectives. This role oversees campaigns, content development, market research, and digital initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong market positioning. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving brand visibility and supporting business development efforts.
What will you be doing?Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals
Identify target audiences and create strategies to reach and engage them
Manage annual marketing budgets and track ROI on marketing activities
Plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media)
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high‑quality content and creative assets
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
Oversee development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
Support brand positioning and competitive differentiation initiatives
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Analyze marketing data, KPIs, and campaign results to inform decision‑making
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and sales teams
Oversee website content, SEO/SEM efforts, email marketing, and social media presence
Manage digital analytics tools to track engagement and performance
Support marketing automation and CRM‑based campaigns
Partner with sales, product, and operations teams to support go‑to‑market initiatives
Coordinate marketing support for product launches, trade shows, and customer events
Provide marketing guidance and materials to internal stakeholders
Who are You?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5–7 years of experience in marketing, with experience managing campaigns or projects
