Plant Maintenance Manager; FOOD

We are currently on a hunt for a Maintenance Manager to join our client's team in Hartford, CT.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing leadership and direction to plant maintenance team and project management.
• Scheduling maintenance and PM programs, controlling maintenance budget, managing spare parts stockroom, supervising their team, and assuring that plant equipment meets OSHA regulations.
• Responsible for hiring and training; planning and directing work.

We would love to hear from you if :

• You have 5+ years relevant plant experience, with a minimum of three years supervisory experience.
• Working Knowledge of Electricity and Mechanics and PCL experience.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); OSHA Regulations;
  Quality Assurance and Sanitation Standards.
• BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Technical, or equivalent experience and background.
