450 Columbus Boulevard in Hartford, CT. Full Time, 40 Hours/week. First Shift. Monday through Friday. Hybrid.

The Role

The Construction Services Associate Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design and construction or renovation of the State's buildings and facilities. This individual operates in one of four teams supporting 24 State agencies and are collectively responsible for a portfolio of over $1,. The Construction Services Associate Project Managers are the owner's representatives of the State and manage contracts, schedules, budgets, designs, construction contracts related to assigned projects.

In addition, they are assigned projects with a maximum individual value of 40 million dollars and may assist a Construction Services Project Manager with day-to-day execution and coordination of larger projects.
