THE POSITION The State of Connecticut, Department of Aging and Disability Services (ADS), Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS), is hiring for a Durational Project Manager(US Department of Labor (US DOL), Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), Employment Training Model (ETM) Grant Manager) to join their team!
This position will fulfill obligations associated with the 5-year US Department of Labor (US DOL), Office of Disability Employment (ODEP), Employment Training Model (ETM) Grant, including assisting in the implementation of the ETM grant and ensuring the deliverables of the ETM grant are achieved and effectively managed. This position will have significant responsibilities related to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with the terms of this grant, as well as state and federal regulations.
Primary duties will also be related to contract development, monitoring and quality assurance. Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to the development and implementation of data reports, establishment of production metrics in collaboration and alignment with CT Workforce System and other external partners. Please note this is a durational position with an anticipated end date of March 31, 2029.
