Associate Operations Manager

* Bachelor’s degree.
* One year of experience managing people or projects.
* Three years of insurance, operations, or related experience.
* Knowledge of Property and Casualty products and services.
* Desire to lead and inspire team members to achieve optimal results in a highly collaborative and matrixed organization.
* Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information to various audiences.
* Relationship building skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal and/or external partners.
* FOR EBRM ROLES:
Business and financial acumen as it relates to billing and receivable management with the ability to make financial decisions that balance customer needs and company financial expectations.
