Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to join their client's team in Connecticut. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in operations management, ready to oversee and enhance service delivery and team performance. The successful candidate will thrive in a supervisory position, contributing to the strategic direction of service operations.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Lead and manage a team of service professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to align service operations with overall business objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a service-related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: $75,000‑$90,000
