We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney to join our thriving legal team. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including CRE finance, commercial lending, and multifamily housing. The successful candidate will have a robust understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD financing, and will be proficient in conducting real estate due diligence, including title and survey review.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan documents, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough real estate due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning review, and condominium review.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on matters related to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD financing.
• Represent the firm in interactions with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in real estate law and finance, applying this knowledge to provide cutting-edge advice to clients.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful transactions.

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the state.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Finance Associate, Real Estate Counsel, or similar role in the legal industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate, real estate finance, and real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in CRE finance, commercial lending, title review, survey review, and loan document drafting.
• Experience with real estate due diligence, zoning review, condominium review, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and multifamily housing.
• Familiarity with HUD financing.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
