About the Position
We are looking to hire an experienced Associate for our Hartford, Connecticut office to join our Trusts and Estates practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior associate seeking high‑level experience and significant career growth.
Opportunity to Inherit a PracticeWithin three years, there is potential to inherit a million‑dollar practice.
Responsibilities- Provide estate planning, estate settlement, and trust administration services for high‑net‑worth individuals, fiduciaries, and non‑profit organizations.
- Draft legal documents and provide strategic advice on charitable planning (a plus).
- Collaborate with team members and lead junior staff as needed.
- 6‑10 years of experience in estate planning, settlement, and trust administration.
- Strong drafting skills, excellent academic background, and strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Experience with high‑net‑worth individuals and non‑profit organizations preferred.
Salary $190,000–$250,000 per year, with competitive benefits.
