Job Description
We are seeking an Attorney to join our team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Attend/appear on behalf of clients during depositions and court appearances.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery demands/responses.
- Assist in preparation of cases for trial.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and management.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut required.
- 3 to 7 years of experience.
- Previous Civil Defense Litigation experience preferred.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
