Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

Senior In-House Litigation Attorney at Epic, Madison, WI (relocation required). Join our legal team to manage complex litigation and counsel on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. Represent the company in high-stakes legal proceedings and support growth into new global markets.

• Manage multi‑million dollar disputes, presenting cases, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, and conducting oral arguments.
• Counsel the business on risk mitigation and ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
• Lead settlement negotiations and represent Epic in high‑stakes litigation.
• Forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to strengthen compliance and risk management.
• Grow into increased responsibilities as you expand your knowledge of the rapidly changing industry.

• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Competitive litigation experience in competition and regulatory matters is a plus.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• COVID-19 vaccination required; relocation to Madison, WI area will be fully reimbursed.
