Mid-level Commercial Real Estate and Development Associate to support a high-volume transactional practice handling complex development and financing matters. Salary $125,000 - $165,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Represent developers and borrowers in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and public and private financing.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, and related closing materials.
- Conduct title and survey review and manage transactional due diligence.
- Support affordable housing development matters.
- Active and good standing CT bar.
- Three to seven years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm.
- Experience representing developers and borrowers in acquisition and financing transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Interest in affordable housing development.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
