Job Overview
Infosys is seeking a Test Lead with Provider Network and Contracts experience. As a Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert, review the functionality of existing systems, conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education will also be considered.
- 4+ years of Information Technology experience.

- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Infosys hub locations (Richardson, TX; Raleigh, NC; Indianapolis, IN; Phoenix, AZ; Hartford, CT) or be willing to relocate to one of these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Good knowledge of Healthcare, Provider Network, and Contracting Domains.
- 4 years of experience in Network and provider applications (Provider demographics, Network setup, Contract setup).
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience on AS400/Mainframes (Cobol, JCL, and DB2).
- 4 years of experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
- Experience with testing strategies and test execution.
- Knowledge and experience with the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Understanding of one or more estimation methodologies, knowledge of quality processes.
- 3 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools such as Rally, HP ALM, JIRA, etc.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
- Experience in Agile and Dev Ops methodologies.
- Excellent client‑interfacing skills.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
