Responsibilities
- Must have at least 10 years work experience in Guidewire testing
- Must have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain
- Should be able to perform hands on testing in Guidewire and leading a team of offshore testers
- Proven experience in creating end-to-end test strategies for big programs
- Excellent communication, coordination with project stakeholders, business, and offshore teams
- Should be able to additionally drive automation, performance, data testing, integrations, and reporting tracks
- Develop and implement test strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines
- Test Planning & Execution:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test strategy documents, test evaluation reports, and accurate effort estimations - Manage and oversee the execution of system integration testing (SIT), functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities, maintaining clear and consistent communication with business SMEs, scrum masters, development teams, and senior leadership; provide regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies; facilitate effective collaboration and ensure alignment among all stakeholders - Quality Assurance &
Risk Management:
Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations; identify and proactively address potential risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans; make go/no-go decisions based on test results and toll gate criteria - Lead a team of offshore testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Guidewire Certified
- Must have at least 10 years work experience in Guidewire testing
- Must have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain
