About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst / Internal Control Review Analyst to join our Sourcing Operations & Supplier Risk team
! This temporary role focuses on reviewing and documenting SOC (Service Organization Controls) reports for third-party vendors. You’ll work closely with a SOC Subject Matter Expert to analyze audit findings, map supplier controls, and update inventories using structured templates.

• 📄 Prepare Internal Control Review documentation using SOC Excel templates
• 🔒 Retrieve Cyber Security review dates from Process Unity &
  BC/DR details from Archer
• ✅ Perform CPA verification for applicable suppliers
• 📊 Pull prior SOC reports from Ariba (including CUECs & exceptions)
• 📌 Compare prior-year exceptions to current year & document findings
• 🗂 Map CUECs to internal controls and ensure alignment
• 📈 Update inventories with current review status
• 💾 Save all supporting artifacts & communications to ESRM Share Point
• 🎓 Background in audit, compliance, governance, internal controls, or risk management
• 📑 Prior experience reviewing SOC 1 / SOC 2 reports
• 🔧
  
  Experience with
  Ariba, Archer, or Process Unity preferred
• 🧐 High attention to detail & ability to synthesize data from multiple systems
• 📌
  PMP certified or prior project management experience
• 🤓 Curious mindset, proactive, and process improvement oriented
• ⚡ Comfortable leveraging AI tools (like Claude) to enhance productivity
