We are seeking an experienced AI Evangelist / AI Leader to spearhead enterprise AI adoption, define scalable AI architectures, and deliver high‑impact GenAI & ML solutions
. You will collaborate with business leaders and engineering teams to architect, prototype, and implement AI systems using modern frameworks, model‑tuning techniques, and orchestration patterns.

Core AI & GenAI Expertise

• Deep experience with Generative AI, LLMs, multi‑modal models, RAG systems, and agent‑based architectures
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, NLP/NLU, transformers, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, and prompt tuning
• Experience customizing open‑source & enterprise LLMs for domain workloads

• Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Pydantic
• PyTorch / Tensor Flow
• AI deployment experience on Azure / AWS / GCP
• Knowledge of MLOps, AIOps, CI/CD, containerization, microservices
• Experience leading CxO discussions, AI workshops, and roadmap presentations
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for business & technical audiences

• Drive AI strategy & roadmap across enterprise transformation programs
• Lead AI workshops, ideation sessions, and executive briefings
• Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI/GenAI solutions
• Develop PoCs/POVs ensuring measurable ROI
• Implement responsible AI, governance, and compliance standards
• Mentor teams and foster an AI‑first engineering culture
