Project Management - Automation Selenium Testing, Mainframe Testing (Domain Healthcare)

Full‑time position located in Hartford, CT.

Role:
Project Management – Automation Selenium Testing, Mainframe Testing in the Healthcare domain.

Duration:
Full‑time.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive professional experience in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.

• At least 7 years of core Healthcare domain experience, especially in Claims Adjudication.
• At least 7 years of experience on healthcare QA projects: 5 years as a QA manager with experience in project scoping, estimation, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and risk management.
• 5–7 years of Mainframe hands‑on experience in batch and online testing, JCL, CICS, DB2, IDMS, and VSAM file system.
• 2+ years of hands‑on automation framework development, troubleshooting, script development, and bug fixing in an open‑source or enterprise automation tool; RFT‑based automation preferred.
• 3–4 years of Agile (Scrum) and Lean practices.
• Prior experience in Healthcare end‑to‑end testing and system integration testing.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
