Guidewire Technical Lead

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Guidewire software systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and development of software products, leading a technical team to deliver innovative solutions for high-level client needs. You will bridge the gap between complex project requirements and technical execution.

• Lead the design, implementation, and integration of Guidewire Policy Center solutions.
• Translate complex project requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Mentor junior developers and facilitate collaborative team meetings.
• Evaluate new technologies to optimize system performance and user experience.
• Manage stakeholder communication regarding technical decisions and project milestones.

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years focused on Guidewire.
• Expert-level proficiency in Guidewire Policy Center.
• Proven experience in Guidewire Integration and Advanced Product Designer (APD).
• Previous experience in a Technical Lead or Lead Developer role (2 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
