Test Lead

Lead a team of offshore testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

• Guidewire Certified
• At least 10 years of experience in Guidewire testing
• Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain
• Hands‑on Guidewire testing and leadership of offshore test teams
• Proven experience in creating end‑to‑end test strategies for large programs
• Excellent communication and coordination with project stakeholders, business SMEs, scrum masters, development teams, and senior leadership
• Ability to drive automation, performance, data testing, integrations, and reporting tracks

• Develop and implement test strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test strategy documents, test evaluation reports, and accurate effort estimations.
• Manage and oversee execution of system integration testing (SIT), functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all testing‑related activities and maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.
• Provide regular status reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
• Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
• Identify and proactively address potential risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
• Make go/no‑go decisions based on test results and gate‑criteria.
• Lead a team of offshore testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Salary Range: $125,000–$140,000 per year
