About the Role:
We are looking for a Workday AI Architect to join a client-facing team and lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Workday ecosystem. This is an onsite role in Connecticut and requires someone with strong consulting experience and hands-on Workday AI/Illuminate expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of AI solutions in Workday HCM, Finance, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with Workday product teams and client stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT.
- Identify AI integration opportunities to enhance business processes.
- Develop and maintain AI adoption and implementation roadmaps for global customers.
- Work with client IT and business directors to define AI use cases.
- Lead technical discussions, presentations, and project reporting.
- Mentor and guide team members on AI-related Workday solutions.
Must-Have Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4-6 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Illuminate.
- Led at least two full life cycle Workday implementations.
- Experience in creating AI implementation and adoption roadmaps for global customers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Team leadership experience.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Finance, and Talent Management modules.
- Familiarity with Workday APIs, Integrations, and Studio.
- Exposure to third-party benefits/payroll vendors is a plus.
