Healthcare IT Imaging & Deployment Technician
What You’ll Do- Image, configure, and deploy Windows‑based radiology workstations
- Install clinical applications, calibrate diagnostic monitors, and set up peripherals
- Conduct onsite readiness checks (network, power, ergonomics) prior to installation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployment
- Document workstation builds, asset details, and deployment progress
- Collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, and clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow integration
- Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and security standards
- 5–7 years of congruent experience in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or healthcare IT
- Strong knowledge of Windows imaging and deployment tools (SCCM or similar)
- Solid hardware, workstation, and peripheral troubleshooting skills
- Professionalism and confidence in clinical or hospital environments
- Excellent customer service, communication, and end‑user support abilities

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
