Position: Imaging & Deployment Technician (Hartford))

Healthcare IT Imaging & Deployment Technician

What You’ll Do
  • Image, configure, and deploy Windows‑based radiology workstations
  • Install clinical applications, calibrate diagnostic monitors, and set up peripherals
  • Conduct onsite readiness checks (network, power, ergonomics) prior to installation
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during deployment
  • Document workstation builds, asset details, and deployment progress
  • Collaborate with radiologists, IT teams, and clinical staff to ensure seamless workflow integration
  • Ensure all systems meet performance, quality, and security standards
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of congruent experience in desktop support, imaging, deployment, or healthcare IT
  • Strong knowledge of Windows imaging and deployment tools (SCCM or similar)
  • Solid hardware, workstation, and peripheral troubleshooting skills
  • Professionalism and confidence in clinical or hospital environments
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and end‑user support abilities

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr.
