• Experience working in onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflicts.
• Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
• Experience using AI tools and models for testing.
• Experience in Salesforce software quality assurance, from planning to execution.
• Health Care, Salesforce experience is preferred.
