Job description
Role: Business Data Analyst
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite)
- Analyze and interpret complex insurance data to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with actuarial teams to develop insights and reporting solutions.
- Design, write, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop dashboards and reports for regulatory, financial, and operational purposes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry standards.
- Support migration and integration projects involving data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
