About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Infor WFM (Workbrain) Consultant with 10 – 14 years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) systems specifically Infor WFM (Workbrain) to support reporting needs across HR, payroll and workforce operations. This role will focus on designing generating and maintaining burst reports that deliver timely accurate and actionable insights to stakeholders.
In this role, you will:- Develop schedule and distribute burst reports using Infor Workbrain reporting tools.
- Collaborate with HR payroll and operations teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective report outputs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
- Monitor report performance and troubleshoot issues related to scheduling distribution or data inconsistencies.
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes templates and schedules.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support and analysis as requested by business stakeholders.
- Partner with IT and WFM teams to optimize reporting workflows and improve automation.

What you need to have to be considered- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands‑on experience with Infor Workbrain WFM or similar workforce management systems.
- Strong knowledge of burst reporting concepts (automated report scheduling distribution and delivery).
- Proficiency in SQL data extraction and report‑building tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Infor WFM reporting modules or related enterprise reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with HR payroll or workforce scheduling processes.
- Exposure to BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau Cognos) for advanced reporting and visualization.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).

Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between $99,000 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
