Insight Global is seeking an onsite experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance across complex, integrated systems. This role requires strong expertise in test automation, end-to-end testing strategies, and collaboration with multiple IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

• 10+ years in QA, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured).
• Hands‑on experience with API testing, UI automation, and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Load Runner).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).
• Healthcare Domain Knowledge.
• Experience in enterprise-level applications with multiple integrations.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and data flows.
• Ability to lead QA efforts across distributed teams and manage conflicting priorities.
