We are seeking a visionary Transformation Leader to drive strategic change across the organization. This role requires a strong technical foundation, leadership skills, and the ability to define and execute transformation initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will develop a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise transformation, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities- Vision & Strategy:
Define and articulate transformation vision aligned with organizational goals and develop comprehensive strategy and roadmap for execution. - Execution & Delivery:
Lead transformation programs using Target process or equivalent tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Agile Craft/Align) and ensure seamless integration of processes, tools, and teams across the enterprise. - Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance on technical solutions and architecture to support transformation initiatives and collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability. - Stakeholder Management:
Engage with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment and adoption, communicating progress, risks, and outcomes effectively. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation; foster a culture of agility and adaptability within the organization.
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Strong background in software development and technical leadership.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks and tools (Target process preferred; Jira, Rally, Align acceptable).
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to influence and lead cross‑functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with large‑scale Agile transformations.
- Familiarity with portfolio management and value stream mapping.
- Certifications in SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks are a plus.
