Data Engineer
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Location: Hartford, CT
Summary: Data Engineers design, build, and maintain data pipelines and architecture. They ensure data availability, quality, and efficiency for analytics and business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines.
- Integrate data from multiple sources.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts.
- Implement data governance and security measures.
- Monitor data pipeline performance and resolve issues.
- Document data architecture and workflows.
- Evaluate new data technologies and tools.
- Support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Knowledge of data warehousing and BI tools.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with real-time data streaming technologies.
