Oracle EPM Cloud Lead Consultant

Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Cloud Lead Consultant – Infosys is seeking a highly experienced professional to collaborate with key stakeholders and lead the successful implementation of Oracle EPM cloud applications. The role will drive requirement gathering, capture and validate configurations, design and develop the associated components for RICE, and ensure that every functional and technical requirement is met.

• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of skinny education).
• Experience as an EPM functional / solution lead with comprehensive end‑to‑end EPM functionalities.
• generated experience with Oracle Fusion EPM, EDM, and Oracle Financial Planning.
• Understanding of other Oracle applications for integration purposes.
• Ability to propose solutions based on client requirements.
• Lead and facilitate client calls and presentations.
• Work closely with the ETL team to migrate data from legacy systems to cloud applications.
• Lead discussions on RICE components from the functional perspective.
• Propose innovative ideas that align with client needs and build strong client relationships.
• Review test, conversion and cutover strategies, and test the applications during UAT & EUT phases.
• Coordinate with Oracle CSM/Account Manager to prioritize product bug resolution and service requests.
• Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle patch releases.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role).

• Experience with other relevant cloud modules related to EPM.

• Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more.
