PositionSummary
The eGRC Enablement Team at CVS is seeking a skilled Service Now IRM/TPRM Configuration Specialist to support Service Now IRM and TPRM configuration. This role will focus on administering and configuring Service Now Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules to meet stakeholder needs while ensuring internal platform configuration standards are met.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience with eGRC Platforms arguing SNOW GRC and Archer.
- 3+ years of hands‑on configuration experience with Service Now IRM and Service Now TPRM modules, especially Policy Management, Issues Management, Third Party Risk Assessments, Third Party Portal, Control Testing and risk Management.
- 2+ years of experience in the design, configure and implement workflows, policies, and controls within Service Now GRC applications.
- 2+ years of proficiency in JSON and JavaScript for scripting and occasional customization within Service Now.
- Prior experience with RSA Archer platform administration and configuration.
