Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: 3 days onsite in Hartford, CT (need locals only)

Duration: 12+ months

We’re looking for a hands‑on Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver Health Cloud solutions that power claims inventory centric workflows. You’ll set technical directions, lead engineering squads, and build secure, scalable integrations across our enterprise healthcare ecosystem.

Healthcare Industry

Experience:

5+ years in payer/provider, claims intake/routing.

Certifications

Required:

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 (PD1)
• Agentforce Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

• Design & build Health Cloud + Service Cloud solutions to optimize claims inventory workflow.
• Integrate with upstream systems via REST, Bulk, FHIR APIs and event streams (Kafka/MQ).
• Mentor developers and collaborate with architecture, product, security, and data teams.
• Lead technical direction, guide engineering squads, and build secure, scalable integrations.

Required

Experience and Skills:

• 8+ years Salesforce experience, 5+ years leading enterprise implementations.
• Health Cloud expertise.
• 5+ years SFDC Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce technologies: CRM, Apex, Visual Force, Workflow, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, App Exchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Lightning web component development.
• 5+ years experience with core programming languages:
  Apex, Java, JavaScript.
• 3-5 years experience with tools:  IDE, Apex Data Loader, ANT, AutoRABIT preferred.
• Experience building AI agents with Agentforce.
• Agile methodology experience, preferably SAFe.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
