SR Product Specialist- Duck Creek Consultant

Looking for a dynamic Sr. Configurator role to support new Duck Creek Application Maintenance project

Strong understanding of P and C industry and solutions with more than 5 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy - Configuration and Support Experience.

Must have technical knowledge of overall Duckcreek suite including Policy Billing Claims Insights and distribution management to lead integration

Must have detailed understanding on Duckcreek Architecture Data Model UI design processes and events

Requires good analytical skills on troubleshooting the Incidents Defects etc.

Strong knowledge in Duck Creek Debugging experience (Trace Monitor Debugging tools)

Working experience in personal lines (Auto Home) Duck Creek Implementation / Support

Expertise in OnPrem and DCOD implementation data migration and upgrades

Experience in integrating Duckcreek product with inhouse systems and third‑party systems

Knowledge of Duckcreek product including architecture data model components modules and extensions

Defines how the components of the applications relate to each other and how the new or existing systems will support the business need

Provides that the application components align with the application architecture and meet application performance specifications

Identifies and addresses any application and data issues that affect application integrity

Identifies and communicates any cross‑area or cross‑release issues that may affect other project areas

Experience of working closely with Duck Creek and raising SNOW tickets for base issues
