Technical Architect

The Technical Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and overseeing the delivery of enterprise-grade technical solutions aligned with business strategy.

This role provides overall technical leadership for projects, ensures solution integrity and long-term technical health, and guides technical architects and development teams through design, implementation, and integration activities.

The position also serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues and drives adherence to architectural standards and quality practices.

• Define, design, and oversee end-to-end technical solutions, including functional systems and technical components.
• Provide overall technical leadership and governance across projects, guiding technical architects and development teams.
• Maintain accountability for solution delivery, including prerequisites, dependencies, and integration points.
• Ensure the overall technical health of projects, addressing risks, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and architectural decisions.
• Define and manage interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain long‑term technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure projects adhere to architecture standards and best practices.
• Identify required IT roles, skills, and resource needs to support solution delivery.
• Ensure technical milestones and schedules are achieved in alignment with project timelines.
• Oversee solution and code inspections, ensuring quality, security, and compliance.
• Manage day‑to‑day technical activities, coordinating efforts across teams as needed.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical architectures and solutions.
• Maintain and update CMDB and architecture repositories (e.g., LeanIX) to ensure accurate system documentation.

• Extensive experience serving as a Technical Architect or equivalent technical leadership role.
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience designing and supporting solutions using AWS AI and cloud services, including but not limited to:
• VPC and VPC Endpoints (Private Link)
• Amazon Connect
• AWS Lambda
• AWS Step Functions
• Amazon S3
• API Gateway
• Event Bridge
• IAM and Cloud Watch
• Amazon Lex and Amazon Polly
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Hashi Corp Terraform.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud‑native architectures.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, event‑driven architectures, and API‑based solutions.
• Experience maintaining strong cross‑functional relationships across IT, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience designing AI‑enabled or conversational platforms leveraging AWS services.
• Experience supporting enterprise architecture governance and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with operational tooling, monitoring strategies, and cloud cost optimization practices.
