We are seeking a Technology Analyst with expertise in Java and experience in the Healthcare domain.

Role Overview:

Location:

Hartford, CT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
• At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE Technology and Frameworks
• At least 2 years of working experience on different J2EE frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in development tools like Eclipse, Web Sphere application server, etc.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development life cycle
• At least 2 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements
• Experience and understanding of in Production support and performance engineering
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
• Analytical skills to identify root cause and come up with solutions/alternatives
• Experience in Health Care domain
• Hands on experience on Web Services – SOAP and/or RESTful
• Experience in any of the Database, writing queries/procedures like DB2/Oracle/SQL Server, etc.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
