Job Title: IBM Watson/ Chatbot Developer
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)
Primary Skill Set: IBM Watson
Secondary Skill Set: Chatbot conversational AI tools (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX, Live Person, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai)
Required Qualifications- 5+ years software delivery experience
- 3+ years of Chatbot development experience with IBM Watson Assistant or other similar chatbot conversational AI tool (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX, Live Person, Amazon Lex, Kore.ai)
- 3+ years of training and improving intent recognition by curating the appropriate training data sets
- 3+ years applying Conversational AI best practices (e.g., NLP and training data best practices)
- 1+ years of experience in CICD, Git, unit testing and source code management
- 1+ years of knowledge of cloud development and deployment principles
- 1+ years Backend (server side) development experience either in Java, node.js or Python
- 1+ years of working in an Agile environment, with knowledge in Dev Ops approaches, end-to-end software development process and business requirements
