Job Overview
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong leadership skills to work on the ITL USA client. The role involves collaborating with process consultants and business SMEs to translate business requirements into solution design, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, seeking approvals, and driving automation opportunities in an on‑shore/off‑shore development environment.

Richardson, TX; or Hartford, CT – relocation and travel may be required. - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute a year of education.
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Core HR, recruitment, and talent management.
- Experience implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management) – discovery, business process re‑engineering, requirements elicitation, application configuration, and production deployments.
- Completed 2–3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Techno‑functional or functional background with HCM domain knowledge.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
- Knowledge of fast formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM data loader, OTBI.
- Experience in solution design, POCs, and troubleshooting.
- Production support experience – app upgrades, incident and service request resolution, and integration support.
- Experience improving Oracle HCM Cloud processes and consulting on budgeting and planning best practices.
- Documenting business requirements, creating solutions, and providing technical guidance (design, model, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability in a global delivery model.
