* Position Overview:

** RTX is seeking a Hybrid Identity Protection Engineer. This role falls into the Directory Management Protection team, working with various vendors and stakeholders to help maintain enterprise-wide solutions. This role is responsible for securing multiple Active Directory domains, Entra  environments, LDAP Directory Services, and the tools supporting them. Further responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, documenting processes and procedures, and participating in program / project calls.

* What You Will Do:

*** Installation, customization, configuration, currency, and support of Active Directory, Entra , and LDAP Directory Services support and governance tools
* Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and assist with the creation of test scripts
* Participate in projects that require IAM team involvement
* Oversee production releases
* Monitor delivery against SLAs
* Support and ensure daily processes are in place to maintain an efficient platform
* Review solutions to ensure new and existing integrations are implemented to best practice and security standards
* Participate in production support for any Sev 1 / Sev 2 incidents
** Qualifications You Must Have:
*** Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
* 2+ years of LDAP Directory Services experience
* 2+ years of Active Directory experience
* 2+ years of Entra
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills
* Team player with proven collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize work without management direction and provide clear and documented status updates/metrics to management
* Ability to troubleshoot complex problems with minimal guidance.
